This was Jacob's
trip to Papa Simpson's Farm.
They have
different kinds of animals for the children to look
at and they also have a pumpkin patch.
His Granny Red
took him and said he had a ball.
He had no
problems wanting to hold the animals or help feed
them.
He even helped
milked a cow. I wasn't able to go, so she took
pictures for us.
Where would we
be without Granny Red's help?

Jacob talked and
talked about his trip. He loved all the
animals. He even picked out a pumpkin.

He said he had
to have the "Baby" pumpkin. It was so tiny.
He carried it around for a week saying he loves his
baby pumpkin.
He even tried to
sleep with it the first couple of days after he got
it. It was too funny.
He even wanted
to carve it, but I told him there was no way we
could carve that little pumpkin.
I went to town
got a couple of bigger pumpkins so we could carve
one.
Here's what we
ended up with.

Here's more
pictures of his day.

Jacob decided he wasn't standing with the
other children in line. He wanted to
stand by "his Tucker". She's his aide
at school. |

He decided he
wanted to help milk a cow.
He had some
help.

All the classes rode the hayride together.

We are looking
forward to sharing more of Jacob's Field Trips with
everyone.
We
would also love to say THANK YOU to Joan Jett for
allowing us to use this web set. It was her
creation.
Thanks.
